Sous Chef
30,000 Circa, dependant on experience
40 Hours per week

100+ Bedrooms
Restaurants, Bar and Functions

About The Role:

Now is the perfect time to join this prestigious Hotel and Spa. With multiple food led outlets such as restaurants, bars, room service and a busy function environment. You will be at the heart of the action in the well-equipped kitchens with a great team. You will have previous experience at sous chef level and be comfortable and confident delivering great cuisine from various menus for the different business areas e.g Afternoon Tea, Lunch, Dinner and Banqueting. This is a great opportunity to further your experience and career and have great potential to grow with a well-established Hotel and Spa.

Key points:

• Be involved with new food projects and menus
• Eye for detail
• Love working with fresh produce
• Manage kitchen and team efficiently
• Help inspire, motivate, develop other team members
• Previous Hotel and Sous Chef experience preferred.

Other Responsibilities:

HACCP, Stock rotation, ordering, labelling, cleaning schedules, SOPS, menu development alongside our Executive Head Chef and his senior team.
