An Assistant General Manager is required for this busy traditional pub, serving modern British food paired with craft beers in Nottingham. As well as the impressive menu the venue also prides itself on its traditional cask beer offering. The venue also has a function room. This place is busy all year round and they are looking for an Assistant General Manager who can lead and inspire the friendly, stable front of house team.

As Assistant General Manager you will:

• Have experience of working within a similar position as an AGM or Restaurant Manager
• Need a strong background within the food and beverage operation
• Have plenty of experience Front of House
• Be passionate and knowledgeable about Cask Beer
• Have a calm and measured approach to confidently deliver a first-class food offering
• Ideally have some experience of planning and running events
