This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced Guest Services Assistant to join a dedicated team of specialist who provide the very best hospitality services to VIP and private passengers at London Heathrow Airport.
The main responsibility of the Guest Services Assistant will be to act as the key point of contact for VIP guests and attend to their hospitality needs in a private business lounge prior to boarding.
The main duties of the Guest Services Assistant will be
Greeting passengers in a professional and courteous manner
Taking orders for food and beverages
Serving a selection of food and beverages including alcohol and a la carte meals
Liaise with various departments in order to attend to guest needs such as personal shopping, immigration and duty free
Assisting with basic cleaning duties to maintaining the standards within the private lounge
The essential skills and experience required for this role are:
A highly confident and outgoing person with the ability to communicate confidently with guest.
A well-presented individual with extremely high standards in personal grooming
A well-spoken and clear communicator
Experience in a similar role or from within a corporate hospitality and events, hotel and leisure or fine dining hospitality environment.
The ability to commute by public transport to and from London Heathrow Airport in order to work shifts between 0430 hrs and up to 2230 hrs
We would like to hear from individuals that have experience as a maître d', head waiter, senior waiter, senior waitress, corporate host, guests services, butler, housekeeper, food and beverage supervisor or VIP waiter.
