Compliance Administrator (12 month maternity cover)

£16,000 - £17,500 per annum

We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Administrator to join our friendly growing team at East Midlands Airport. You will be working as a key member of the vetting department to ensure all Aviation Recruitment Network personnel are security cleared to work within UK Airports.

The responsibilities of the Compliance Administrator will include:

Assisting the recruitment team with the completion of candidate registration paperwork
Processing the branch payroll on a weekly basis (full training provided)
Assist consultants and Managers with day to day admin support
Conduct stringent pre-employment and compliance checks for candidates applying for employment within UK airports
Applying for references for candidates from previous employers, colleges, universities and personal referees
Discussing reference related queries with candidates by phone and email and update all reference trackers accordingly

Person Specification:

Must have the ability to multi-task whist maintaining accuracy and attention to detail at all times
Possess first class written and verbal skills
Be a strong communicator and have the confidence to speak with people at all levels
Be able to adapt to demands and changes within the business and still remain professional, focussed and motivated
Have the confidence to make outbound calls and deal with day to day queries 
Be able to work to tight deadlines in a pressurised environment 
Experience in a similar role or as Telesales, Customer Service Agent, Call Centre Agent, Business Administrator, Administrator Assistant, Office Assistant, Administration Support, Assistant Administrator, HR Administrator, HR Assistant, Recruitment Administrator, Recruitment Assistant, Branch Administrator is essential. 

This position is initially advertised at 12 month maternity cover however the position may turn permanent for the right individual subject to business needs.
