• 13:30 – 22:00

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes in line with recipes and to existing standards.
• Ensuring food is presented to a consistently high standard.
• Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Preparing ingredients, including washing, peeling, and chopping.
• Managing stock levels, receiving deliveries, and ensuring correct storage and rotation.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment.
• Handling waste responsibly, including recycling.
• Supporting the training and development of new team members to uphold excellent service standards.

What we’re looking for:

• Someone who loves working as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for food quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• High standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Ideal backgrounds could include:

• Professional kitchen experience (Chef, Commis Chef, or Kitchen Assistant).
• Hospitality environments such as restaurants, hotels, or airport lounges.
• Catering or high-volume food service operations.
• Food preparation or production roles.
• Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.

What you need:

• A 5-year checkable employment/education history (2021 – Present).
• Criminal record check (cost reimbursed after 4 weeks).
• Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and nights.
