Job Title: Weekend CNC Operator
Shifts: Days (6am to 6pm) or Nights (6pm to 6am)
Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Hours: 36 hours per week
Location: Worcester (WR4)
Pay Rate: £13.88 per hour


We are currently seeking a Weekend CNC Operator to join our team in Worcester. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to perform various tasks, such as cutting, drilling, and shaping materials to precise specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating CNC machines according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Monitoring machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Performing routine maintenance on machines as needed.
• Inspecting finished products for defects or irregularities.
• Adhering to safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a CNC Operator preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work either day or night shifts on weekends.
