💷 Pay Rate: £13.25 per hour
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00
📅 Contract: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a busy and well-established operation based in Worcester.
This is a 6-month fixed-term position and previous warehouse experience is essential. The successful candidate will be confident working within a fast-paced warehouse environment, carrying out picking and packing duties, stock control and general warehouse tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
• Receiving, checking and putting away incoming goods
• Carrying out stock control and stock checks
• Preparing orders for dispatch
• Loading and unloading deliveries where required
• Ensuring goods are stored correctly and safely
• Maintaining accurate stock and warehouse records
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Supporting other warehouse duties as required

Requirements

• Previous Warehouse Operative experience is mandatory
• Previous experience with picking and packing
• Good understanding of stock control procedures
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable with manual handling and physical warehouse duties
• VNA/Counterbalance Forklift experience/licence would be advantageous
