Job Details

Coordinator required for an immediate start on a 3 month Temporary to Permanent basis. Based on an MoD site in Larkhill. Salary is £20,000 - £23,000 per annum depending on experience. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 08.00am-16.00pm or 09.00am - 17.00pm. 24 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays. Free Parking and Company Pension.This is an extremely varied and challenging position that requires someone with a broad range of skills and experience. Working in a small team of 3 people in a fun, friendly yet professional environment. Safety footwear is required and provided.As a Coordinator you will be required to provide support to operational teams which will include the following duties:

  • Booking, allocating and coordinating transport
  • Secretarial/PA duties
  • Asset and inventory control
  • Demand planning and processing
  • Raising and processing purchase orders and invoices
  • Collate reports for management and assist with management meetings
  • Assisting with the management of overheads budgets and cash flow
  • Liaise with MoD units on a daily basis and sub-contractors when required
  • Manage and input information regarding maintenance and transaction activity
This Coordinator job will suit someone with the following skills and attributes:
  • Previous Administration & Customer Service experience
  • Must be able to pass MoD security clearance
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Able to multi task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexible attitude and prepared to assist with other duties when required
  • Able to use own initiative and problem solve
