Pertemps Salisbury are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative based in Amesbury (SP4).

  • Full Time
  • Permanent
  • Monday - Friday, Shifts are: 08.30am - 16.30pm, 09.00am - 5.00pm, 09.30am - 05.30pm, 10.00am - 18.00pm
  • You may also be required to work up to 2 Saturdays a month from 09.00am - 16.00pm

The Job
The successful Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:
  • Providing professional, friendly and efficient customer service by telephone, email and live chat
  • Answering customer queries in accordance with company processes and procedures
  • Maintaining excellent knowledge of the company's products, policies and services
  • Keeping up to date with FCA regulations
  • Achieving set objectives for productivity and quality
  • Relaying customer feedback, process issues and areas for improvement where appropriate

  • Professional and polite written and verbal communication
  • Able and comfortable dealing with sensitive situations
