A vacancy within the conveyancing department for a talented individual to assist on a varied caseload of residential property transactions has arisen.
The successful candidate will support fee earners within the team to deal with client enquiries and prepare correspondence including forms, contracts and other key documents as part of the conveyancing process.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of the conveyancing process and have experience of assisting fee earners within a conveyancing team. At least 12 months’ experience in a similar role is essential.
Other essential criteria includes exceptional communication and client care skills; excellent personal organisation including the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines; the ability to work methodically and accurately; excellent attention to detail; accurate and efficient word processing and typing skills; strong team working skills and; the ability to work on own initiative.
