This award winning agency specialise in social media, digital and online PR, creative media relations and shopper marketing. They use innovative communications to drive business growth, across corporate, consumer and business-to-business audiences. They have fab offices in a prime, central Leeds location and are looking for a Senior Designer to become the driving force of their Visual Content Team. Job Description: Working within a small creative department you'll report to the Senior Creative and will be responsible for the design output of the agency. As the Senior Designer you will be responsible for taking a concept brief to final visual deliverable, ensuring core design challenges and objectives are met. You will manage and mentor the Junior Designers, manage studio time and ensure delivery of projects are to brief. You will play a key role within the team representing clients, brands and organisations across a variety of traditional, digital and social media platforms including email, Facebook and Instagram plus memes and gifs. Overseeing the production of digital design campaigns, you'll have a basic understanding of modern web standards, digital accessibility, awareness of front end development and an understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. You'll use strong typography and layout skills to design assets that are engaging and meet client brief. What We're Looking For: With an imaginative eye for detail and a passion for visual communication you'll deliver/own creative assets across digital, print, moving image and photography. On the client aside, you will play an integral role in visualising ideas for presentation to clients, producing mood boards for existing and new clients. You'll be creatively confident to provide expertise and design counsel to prospective and current clients. We are looking for someone who can challenge a brief to achieve the required outcome. In addition to Adobe CS, we would require some knowledge of PowerPoint for the production of presentations. Mentoring and developing the other designers is an important part of this role, so you must have some experience in managing, leading and mentoring a team.
