Pertemps are recruiting for an organised and efficient administrator on a full time basis.
You would be based on site at our clients premises in Aylesbury and you will be responsible for the administration side of the business during the busy Christmas build up.
Our client is very well known in the Aylesbury area and is one of the biggest agency staff users in the build up to the festive season.
We require someone who has previous administration experience and previous customer service experience, preferably from a face to face role.
You would be responsible for telephone screening all candidates prior to interview, organising registrations for new candidates and checking right to work documents, completing site inductions and applying for references.
Use of MS Word and Excel will be used as would Outlook. Previous knowledge of these computer packages is essential.
The position requires flexibility as we approach a time when the demands of the business would need to be met at all times.
Working hours can be flexible, provided they are agreed in advance between the hours of 08.00-21.00.
