Join Our Team as a STEEL BENDING OPERATIVE in Hamilton!

Are you ready to continue your career in the steel industry? We're seeking experienced & dedicated individuals to join our team as Steel Bending Operatives in Hamilton. Monday to Friday schedule starting at 7:30 AM, this role offers a chance to grow within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Induction Bending Experience: Prior experience in induction bending is essential.
  • Welding and Fabrication: Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques.
  • Operate Overhead Cranes: Ability to operate overhead cranes and other equipment as required.
  • Production Control Documentation: Complete necessary documentation and collate shop floor data.
  • CE Marking Compliance: Ensure all in-process material is labelled according to CE marking requirements.
  • Housekeeping Standards: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping.
  • Safety Commitment: Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and adhere to safe working practices.
  • Initiative and Continuous Improvement: Display motivation, self-drive, and enthusiasm for suggesting improvements in efficiency and waste reduction.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work shift patterns as needed to meet business requirements.
