What is the purpose of the role?
To source and follow up leads for unaccounted for water being used on construction sites.
What will this role involve?
Delivery of the unaccounted for water process. Sourcing leads, co-ordinating with surveyors and negotiating revenue charges with developers.
Meeting individual and team revenue and non-revenue based KPIs and contribute to the successes of the team.
Prioritising work to deliver a good customer experience, being prepared to make decisions and be innovative in the approach to improve customer satisfaction.
Receiving, taking ownership and managing emails and phones calls from customers and responding positively and promptly to requests for additional information.
Being effective and efficient in the use of company IT systems.
What skills are we looking for?
We are looking for a highly focused customer service professional, who is organised, collaborative and motivated. You must show some technical ability or capacity to develop this. You must be able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, and an ability to negotiate with a willingness to go the extra mile.
You must be able to prioritise high volumes of work in a fast paced environment where daily responsibilities can change. You must be able to work independently and as an integral part of the team.
You must have proficient system skills and be adept at learning new technical systems to support you in the position. Experience with Sales Force an advantage.
This position will be based at Clearwater Court, in Reading town centre. The hours for the role are 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday and the role is paying between £10.50 - £12.00 per hour dependent on experience.
