Customer Insight Analyst needed for a national company based in Central London.
£30K - £35K

Analyse trade patterns
Infer strategies to maximise revenues across multiple revenue streams and support yield management.
Provide timely support and analysis to cross functional groups highlighting performance across multiple revenue lines and products, challenging senior management over performance and providing meaningful insight to drive revenues.
Support pricing activity within the business by providing insightful information and data to understand the customer segmentation of users within the car parks and to arrive at effective pricing strategies.
Ensure pricing changes are tracked and monitored in order to highlight and implement successful strategies, sharing best practice across the business and documenting any strategies that do not work to ensure they are not deployed again.
Develop and maintain relevant business Intelligence tools to ensure the correct data is used for the correct decision making, pulling data from disparate and unconnected data sources and packaging it into a user friendly and accessible format including; CRM data, Sales data, Pre-book data, ANPR data etc.
Produce ad hoc reporting as the need arises to support business decision making.
Work closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing and Business Development teams to provide appropriate support where needed around customer behaviour and activity.
Work closely with Marketing in order to support pre and post campaign analysis to ensure continuous improvement in process and improve Return on Investment.
Experience in dealing with large data sets and manipulating data to provide reporting and analysis on revenues
Experience in multi-site, multiple revenue line and product mix reporting and analysis
Experience in pricing modelling and price elasticity
Advanced modelling skills in Excel / Access or other databases / tools
Experience in post campaign analysis
Experience in communicating and discussing complex financial/commercial ideas to non-finance professionals
Educated to degree level in a numerical subject OR proven experience working with statistics or large data sets
Ability to drive themselves and those around them to deliver high quality analysis and see beyond the 'normal' in order to deliver bespoke solutions to meet internal clients needs while appreciating commercial restrictions
Experience on SQL query writing and database management desirable
Assertive and willing to challenge perceived wisdom in order to drive commercial success
Structured and clear thinking with an ability to prioritise a demanding workload and service multiple clients
