Job Description
Asset management company is seeking an experienced PA/Team Assistant to support 2 Directors their team at their London offices.
  • The main duties of the PA/Team Assistant will include:
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Diary management
  • Arranging and co-ordinating meetings to include greeting guests arranging catering and refreshments
  • Manage correspondence on behalf of Directors including emails and calls.
  • Arranging signing of documents
  • Managing HR files
  • Arranging domestic and international couriers
  • Administering staff expenses
  • General office management
The ideal PA/Team Assistant will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
  • Previous demonstrable PA or Team Assistant experience.
  • Experience of office management
  • Strong and clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Proficient IT skills including MS Office and databases.
