12 Week Temp to Perm
Monday to Thursday 8am to 4:30pm and Friday 8am to 1pm (37 hours per week)
A well-established SME in Knowsley are seeking a Production Finishing Operative (End of Line) to join their team. On offer is an hourly rate of £13.30, with full-time daytime hours Monday to Friday. This role is initially offered on a temporary basis with the potential to become permanent, so please only apply if you are seeking ongoing work with possible long-term opportunity. Full training is provided; however, experience within a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities:
- Carrying out final stage production tasks, including fitting caps
- Applying labels accurately and ensuring correct product identification
- Performing quality checks to ensure all finished products meet required standards
- Checking components for defects, accuracy, and consistency before dispatch
- Ensuring correct completion of job cards, labels, and production documentation
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working area at all times
- Working as part of the production team to meet daily targets and workflow
- Reporting any issues, defects, or inconsistencies to supervision
- Supporting the smooth flow of products through the end-of-line process
- Assisting with continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives where appropriate
- Carrying out other related duties as assigned
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly environment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality checking and accuracy
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Able to provide 2 references
