I am currently representing a well-established specialist building services company based in Essex.

Established in 1999, they now employ over 25 engineers

Their area of coverage is London and the South East has given them a portfolio of a wide range of commercial, industrial and domestic contracts.

On average over the last few years they have been turning over around £10-£15 million.

A role has come up for a maintenance electrician to be working on the Old Oak Common Depot train station to provide installation, service and maintenance to a variety of Electrical and Mechanical equipment.

Old oak common is a huge train depot where they repair old trains and restore vintage trains. Basically a huge work shop with commercial buildings on site too. It’s also where all the track for the cross rail project is built.

You will be required to work on a variety of equipment such as:
  • Emergency light testing
  • Panel Wiring
  • BMS
  • Distribution boards
  • Light fitting
