Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for homeowners via phone, email, and customer portals
- Managing customer queries
- Coordinating maintenance appointments with operatives and subcontractors
- Logging and maintaining records using internal systems including COINS
- Building good relationships with contractors and internal teams
- Supporting compliance with the New Homes Quality team
- General administrative and office support to the team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A professional and empathetic approach to customer service
- A background working within Customer care
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems proactively
- Experience using COINS (desirable but not essential)
- A positive, team-focused attitude
