ABA Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated ABA Supervisor to join our team and provide high-quality services to children with autism spectrum disorder. As an ABA Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of evidence-based interventions, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing training and supervision to behavior technicians.
Key responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians to ensure adherence to treatment protocols and best practices
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to facilitate effective communication and coordination of care
• Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and implementing ABA interventions
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with others to achieve positive outcomes for clients
