Job Description
We are seeking a talented Junior Interior Designer to join our client, a well-known London studio that has received multiple international awards for its contribution to hospitality design. While their work spans the globe, they remain intentionally boutique in size, enabling them to deliver timeless and distinctive projects with a highly personal approach.
The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience working on high-end restaurant and hotel projects, along with a strong passion for materials, detailing, and craftsmanship. You should be curious, design-driven, and able to approach each project with a fresh perspective. In this role, you will support the design team in developing concepts and spatial programming, assist with FF&E proposals, including material research, furniture selection, specifications, and coordination, and help produce tender and construction drawing packages. You will also prepare mood and material boards to communicate design intent and contribute to design development across all project stages.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office is required, along with a strong interest in materials, detailing, and fabrication. You should be highly responsive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively within a team, with excellent organisational skills and close attention to detail.
