Key Responsibilities:- New Business Development:Register applicants, follow up on leads from our website and property portals, and actively engage in canvassing activities.
- Valuations & Listings:Conduct property valuations and manage listings, ensuring accurate and engaging marketing presentations.
- Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain regular communication with vendors, arrange property viewings, and provide timely feedback.
- Sales Negotiation:Negotiate sales on behalf of clients to secure the best possible outcome for all parties.
- Sales Progression:Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth sale process from offer to completion.
About You:- Experience:Estate agency experience, with a track record in conducting valuations/market appraisals.
- Passionate & Driven:Strong drive to succeed, with a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their property goals.
- Excellent Communicator:Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Tech-Savvy:Proficiency in IT and an openness to adopting new technology.
- Social Media Expertise:Familiarity with social media platforms for business promotion is an advantage.
