A commercially-focused employment team is seeking a proactive, conscientious and enthusiastic individual with impeccable organisation, interpersonal and technical skills to join their expanding team in Northamptonshire. With a minimum of 12 months experience working within a thriving employment department, the successful Employment Paralegal will confidently work to tight deadlines, provide an accurate legal support service for the firm's employment and business service team, conduct research online and from resource materials and assist in general case file work.
Working within this leading commercial law firm, you will be exposed to the firm's wider business development initiatives, which will add depth and value to your expertise and will enable you to develop a strong sense of business acumen. The Partners are now keen to take on a professional and hard working Employment Paralegal to join the busy employment team.
