Salary: MPS/UPS (Inner London) + SEN Allowance (where applicable)

A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Lambeth is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Years Teacher with a SEN specialism to join their team from September 2026. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator committed to supporting children with additional needs in a nurturing Early Years environment.

The Role
  • Lead teaching and learning within an Early Years setting with a focus on Special Educational Needs (SEN)
    • Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive, and differentiated learning experiences
    • Support pupils with a range of needs including ASD, speech and language, and developmental delays
    • Work collaboratively with the SENCo, support staff, and external professionals
    • Monitor progress and implement personalised learning strategies
    • Foster a safe, stimulating, and nurturing learning environment
The Ideal Candidate
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS)
    • Experience working within Early Years and SEN
    • Strong understanding of EYFS framework and inclusive practice
    • Experience supporting children with additional needs
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
    • Passionate about early intervention and inclusive education
