The Role
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stage 2
- Cover PPA time across a range of year groups within KS2
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils
- Work collaboratively with class teachers and senior leaders
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
- Strong classroom management skills
- Flexible, proactive, and confident teaching across year groups
- Passionate about supporting children’s learning and development
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
