Our education recruitment agency is working in partnership with a friendly and inclusive mainstream primary school in Lambeth to recruit an enthusiastic Early Years Educator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive Early Years team, helping children develop the confidence, curiosity and skills they need to thrive.

The Role

• Support the learning and development of children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Deliver engaging play-based activities that promote learning across all areas of the EYFS curriculum.
• Foster a safe, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.
• Support children's communication, language, social and emotional development.
• Observe, assess and record children's progress in partnership with the class teacher.
• Encourage independence, positive behaviour and strong relationships with peers.
• Build positive partnerships with parents, carers and colleagues.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience working within an Early Years setting, such as a nursery, preschool or primary school.
• A sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• A warm, patient and enthusiastic approach to supporting young children.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3) is preferred.
• A genuine passion for helping children achieve their full potential.
