***Supporting children in a 1-form entry school through lessons to help improve literacy and numeracy skills
 
Are you a Primary Teaching Assistant who’s looking to gain experienced in a diverse and lively school, or do you have experience of working in a Teaching Assistant position and are looking for your next challenge?
 
This exciting primary school is looking for a Primary Teaching Assistant to work alongside students in lessons and support their academic development. As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will help to instil students with social skills and positive values that will prepare them for life. You will also have good communication skills that can be used in 1:1 and group setting, in order to build strong bonds with the students in which positive development and growth can be fostered.
 
Some key responsibilities of the role include assisting in the coordination of learning materials and resources and helping to adapt lessons to correlate with each individual student’s needs. A Primary Teaching Assistant will also work in close collaboration with teachers to track student progress and learning and formulate plans to improve student attainment.
