Adult’s Social Worker, Community Team, Portsmouth 
Pay rate to £35 per hour 
Contract role, Community Team 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Worker in Portsmouth. 
This is to work in a Community Team. 

• The social worker will have an allocated caseload predominately older persons and physical disabilities.   

• They will be required to undertake care act assessments, Mental Capacity assessments, support plans and reviews.   

• A laptop and mobile phone will be given and they will also have access to the AI tool Magic Notes.   

• A good induction will be offered.   

• Flexible working can be considered.
