Panel Advisor – Fostering & Adoption
Location: Southend-on-Sea
Salary: £55,224 – £60,905 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Working Arrangements: Hybrid working is available, but they must be on site minimum 2 days a week
Contract: Permanent

Pertemps Social Care are currently recruiting for an experienced Panel Advisor to join a Fostering and Adoption service in Southend-on-Sea.

As a Panel Advisor, you will provide professional advice and support to fostering and adoption panels, ensuring that panel processes are carried out effectively and in accordance with relevant legislation, regulations and guidance.

Requirements

• Current experience working as a Panel Advisor – essential
• Previous Fostering and Adoption experience – essential
• Strong knowledge of fostering and adoption legislation, regulations and practice
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong assessment and analytical skills
• A recognised Social Work qualification
• Registration with Social Work England (SWE)
• Completed ASYE
• Eligibility to work in the UK
