Leisure Agent

My client is a stunning 4-star hotel and country surrounded by beautiful ground and possessing an amazing spa and leisure experience. They are looking to add a driven and passionate individual to join as a Leisure agent to help support all things leisure at the hotel, overseeing the pool and spa facilities.  

My client has recently become independent and are a super exciting project. They are looking to grow and expand their business, allowing for their employees to grow with them both personally and professionally. 

The main duties and responsibilities of the Leisure Agent are:  

• Supervising the pool and spa, ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed, ensuring the safety of guests and clients.  
• Maintaining the cleanliness and presentability of the facilities, including the pool, changing rooms and surrounding areas. 
• Dealing with all guests queries and complaints swiftly and effectively.  
• Upselling the facilities to guests and liaising with other departments regarding guests needs and requirements. 

The Ideal Leisure Agent will:  

• Be passionate, driven and determined.  
• Be friendly, personable with good communication skills.  
• Ideally have an existing NPLQ, however this is something my client can help you achieve.  
• Good customer service and teamwork skills. 

My client is open to all candidates, no matter the experience. They are looking for reliable and flexible candidates to join their team. They offer outstanding training as they are aware hotel policies differ from location to location.   

Job-Type: Full-time, Permanent 

Schedule: 40 hours a week, 5/7 days,  

    40mins- pool supervision, 20 mins- Leisure desk supervision  

Salary: negotiable, depending on experience
