Financial Planning Administrator

My client, an independent accountancy practice in Scotland is looking for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join their FP division.

Financial Planning division, which covers a wide range of planning advice, every day presents fresh challenges and opportunities. As a Financial Planning Administrator, you'll become an integral part of our experienced team, providing crucial support to advisers and paraplanners throughout the client's planning process.

Client Accounts Management - Documentation and Compliance - Client Communication - Management of Data and Reports- Internal team collaboration

A successful individual will possess;

• Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Proficient in using financial planning software and Intelligent Office.
• Knowledge of UK financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent relationship builder
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

A relevant certification such as a Certificate or Diploma in Financial Planning
