Local Authority Housing Accommodation Officer, West London 
Pay rate to £34 per hour 
Contract role, Local Authority Housing 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Local Authority Housing Accommodation Officer in West London. 
You will need to have experience in a similar role in a Local Authority Housing department. 
Responsibilities 

• Arrange and manage placements into TA and PRS accommodation 

• Ensure properties meet required standards and compliance 

• Carry out inspections and monitor housing conditions 

• Support the management of voids, re-lets and move-on activity 

• Work with landlords, agents and providers to maintain supply 

• Manage tenancy and licence arrangements and resolve housing issues 

• Provide advice and support to residents to sustain accommodation
