Local Authority Emergency Housing Officer, North West London 
Pay rate to £28.19 per hour 
Contract role, Local Authority Housing 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Emergency Housing Officer in North West London. 
You will need to have experience in a similar role in a Local Authority. 
Overview: 

• You will need to have very good knowledge of using these IT systems - NEC to create placement, set up rent account open and close booking, create properties, CRM and LOCATA 

• Must have knowledge of Housing Laws and legal tenancy documents such as s188 and s193 licence agreements, Non-Secure Tenancy,
