Adult’s Social Work Team Manager, Safeguarding Team, North London 
Pay rate £41 per hour

Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Work Team Manager in North London 
This is to manage a Adult Safeguarding Team 

• To provide operational leadership and oversight of safeguarding enquiries within the Safeguarding Adults Team, with a primary focus on hospital-related concerns.  

• The role ensures that all safeguarding activity is timely, proportionate, and compliant with Care Act duties, with a strong emphasis on risk management, partnership working, and person-centred practice.  

• The postholder will work closely with acute trusts, discharge teams, and multi-agency partners to ensure robust decision-making, effective safeguarding planning, and safe, well-coordinated discharges.  

• They will support and supervise practitioners, manage complex and high-risk cases, and drive continuous improvement to ensure that safeguarding responses in hospital settings are consistent, legally sound, and outcome-focused.
