Children’s Social Worker, Kinship Team, Hartlepool 
Pay rate £32.87 per hour 
Contract role, Kinship Assessment Team 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Children’s Social Worker in Hartlepool 
We require a full-time time Social Worker, initially for 3 months, to undertake assessments within the Kinship Team.

• Lead on a varied caseload, delivering purposeful, high-quality assessments.
• Ensure assessments consider the needs, experiences and voices of children, young people and families.
• Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to provide holistic, joined-up support that strengthens outcomes.
• Maintain high-quality, timely and reflective recording in line with professional standards and statutory responsibilities.
• Engage in ongoing supervision, learning and development, contributing to continuous improvement and excellent social work practice
