Pay rate £37 per hour 
Contract role, Salford Royal Hospital 
 
We are recruiting for an experienced Adult’s Social Worker in Salford. 
This is to work as an Advanced Practitioner in a Hospital Team at Salford Royal Hospital 
Job Description 

• Advanced Practitioner required for a Hospital Discharge Service covering Salford Royal Hospital to support staff with day to day tasks and any arising complexity. 

• Office based on the hospital grounds working Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00. - Interviews will also be face to face 

• 12 month contract in support of maternity leave cover.
