Head of Science – Permanent – September Start
Are you an ambitious Head of Science looking for an exciting new challenge? Or an experienced Science Teacher ready to step into a leadership role? This successful secondary school in Shrewsbury is looking to appoint a dynamic and dedicated Head of Science for a permanent September start.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead a successful and well-supported Science department within a school that is known for its strong leadership, positive learning environment and excellent facilities. As Head of Science, you will lead the department across Key Stages 3 and 4, driving standards of teaching, learning and progress throughout the subject area. You will support and develop staff, oversee curriculum planning and ensure students receive engaging and challenging Science lessons that inspire a love of the subject.
This role would suit an experienced Head of Science or a strong classroom practitioner looking to take the next step into middle leadership.

- Leading and managing the Science department across Key Stages 3 and 4
