An Inspiring Geography Teacher is required for a school in Kings Lynn, Norfolk to start September 2017

** Geography at key Stage 3, 4 & 5
** To start September 2017
** Fixed term contract, full-time position
** Must have UK QTS or an overseas teaching qualification, including a degree
** Salary main payscale £22,467- £38,250 (dependent on experience)
** Closing date for applications is 3rd July 2017

Required for September 2017; a fully qualified, motivated and strong teacher of Geography.

The ideal candidate will hold QTS or an overseas teaching qualification.  You will have excellent subject knowledge, be a talented classroom practitioner and an individual who can challenge the students.  They will have a lively personality which enables them to engage and interact with the students on different levels. 

Your responsibilities will include teaching, planning, marking, writing reports, attending parents evenings, etc. 

The school is currently rated by Ofsted as “Good”.  

This school is a small and friendly school at the heart of its community. Over the last two years the school has improved significantly, so much so that it is now one of the highest performing schools in West Norfolk.  2016 GCSE results were the best the school has ever achieved.  

The school is located in Kings Lynn, Norfolk with good transport links.
