- Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Supporting pupils’ smooth transition into Key Stage 1
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
- Monitoring progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be on track to obtain it
