- Provide 1:1 and small‑group support for pupils with Autism
- Support pupils in accessing the mainstream curriculum
- Help maintain structured routines to support learning and emotional regulation
- Work closely with the class teacher and SEN team
- Promote positive behaviour, independence, and engagement
- Uphold the school’s high expectations for learning and conduct
- Be academically bright and articulate
- Be confident, proactive, and resilient
- Have experience working with Autism, or a strong interest in SEN
- Be comfortable working in a high‑expectations, structured environment
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills
