Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a real impact in a supportive primary school environment?
We are currently recruiting for a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Lambeth (SW2), working within their High Needs ARP (Autism Resource Provision).
The Role

• Supporting pupils with Autism (ASC) within a specialised ARP setting
• Providing 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual learning needs
• Assisting with EHCP targets, behaviour management and communication strategies
• Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver structured and engaging lessons
• Helping to create a safe, consistent and nurturing environment

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience working with children with Autism / SEN (school or care setting)
• Patient, empathetic and resilient with a proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
