About the Role As a Trainee SEN Teacher, you will work closely with experienced staff to support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to thrive both academically and emotionally. You will gain hands-on classroom experience while receiving specialist training and development.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting students with a range of SEN needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, communication and learning difficulties)
    • Assisting in delivering tailored lessons and interventions
    • Promoting a positive, inclusive learning environment
    • Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists and support staff
    • Building strong relationships with pupils to support their development

What We’re Looking For
