Senior Practitioner Social Worker Adult Social Care – Mental Health South Locality Social Care Team Westminster
£36 per hour (Umbrella)
The South Locality Social Care Team is a busy Adult Mental Health Social Care service based in Victoria. We are seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner Social Worker to provide leadership, professional oversight, and high-quality practice support within the team. This is a key role suited to a confident and experienced senior social worker with strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellent practice. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and professional guidance to social workers within the team Promote and embed high-quality social work practice Undertake the Duty Senior role as required Act as a Safeguarding Adults Manager Provide regular supervision and oversight of complex cases Manage risk and support complex decision-making in line with legislation.
