Job Description
Community Learning Disability Team Social Worker, Havering
Join Havering’s integrated Community Learning Disability Team and help deliver personalised, strengths-based care that improves lives.
You will support adults and carers to live safely and independently, managing a varied caseload and working closely with health partners and community networks to achieve positive outcomes.
£30 per hour
