Job Description
Adult Social Worker, Slough
Only qualified social workers who have active experience with working on LAS, and who are able to undertake Care Act compliant Adult Care and Support Plan reviews to a high standard.
Only car drivers who have access to a car. Workers must be willing to undertake face to face visits in and out of borough.
Focus on strength based and person centred approaches to reviews and working with Adults and their unpaid carers.
This is a short term placement therefore workers need to be experienced and competent in their evidenced based practice to hit the ground running!
Reviews will be undertaken across 4 specialisms; Older people, Adults with physically disabilities, Mental Health and Learning disability.
£35.91 per hour
