My local government client is looking for an experienced Service Transformation Lead for an initial 3 month contract, working in the housing & regeneration department, based in London. My client is looking for previous experience working in social housing environments with strong knowledge of legislative, policy and regulatory frameworks and requirements.
Working with the Head of Department the role will assist in developing a strong performance management culture to support high quality customer facing services in the housing department. The postholder will ensure best practice whilst critically assessing and challenge existing service levels to improve performance. A proactive approach to identifying service weakness is required along with the ability to deliver continuous improvement across the housing department.
