My public sector client is looking for an ICT Security Manager for a permanent position based in their Cardiff head office. The role will be responsible for managing, monitoring and reporting on the delivery of security solutions. In addition, the role will also involve capturing business requirements and creating statements of work for a new system implementation by an external 3rd party supplier. Also involved will be the management of the implementation lifecycle and service transition.
My client is looking for someone with a previous technical security background with experience with either cyber essentials and/or ISO27001. Previous experience with procurement & implementation of security projects would be required along with the ability to liaise between internal stakeholders, IT team and external suppliers.
Previous technical security experience is required for this role with either cyber essentials or ISO27001. Strong supplier management experience is needed along with the ability to work in a pressurised environment.
