The Role
- Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that promote excellent progress and outcomes.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive.
- Plan, prepare and assess learning in line with the National Curriculum.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents to ensure the best possible educational experience for pupils.
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
- Has experience teaching within a primary school setting.
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Is passionate about delivering high-quality education and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.
- Works effectively as part of a team and contributes positively to the wider school community.
- Part-time position – 2 days per week.
- Flexible working days to suit the successful candidate and the school's needs.

- Salary paid in line with the Teacher Pay Scale, dependent on experience.
