Rate: up to £32 per hour
 
We are recruiting for motivated qualified social worker to join our busy team. This role is with one of the UK’s highest performing local authorities, serving as one of the best places to live and work in.
 
This is a qualified role requiring you to be SWE registered and have relevant experience within adult services.
 
This role is within the Information & Advice Team – Initial point of contact team.
 
This role includes completion of:
 

• Assessment
• Reviews
• Support Planning

 
Visits are completed face-to-face and hybrid working is available (3 days in office).
