Our client is looking to recruit Established Catering Managers in and around the Worcestershire area: These positions are Term time only and paid Pro-Rata.
Duties will include:
Management and supervision of catering staff
Training and mentoring staff members
Ensure all polices are adhered to
Complete weekly financial P&L responsible for a budget for £100,000 to £150,000 per annum
Preparation of cooking food which is dictated by the menu cycle
Liaise with on-site client with reference to P&L and build/maintain a good working relationship
Ordering and managing stock and equipment
